Viura Vega Roble, Vino de Castilla, Spain £10.95: Fresh and intense aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. Ripe tropical fruit flavours of pineapple and peaches finely balanced.
Le Grand Duc Mauzac, Tarn, France £11.95: A wonderful bold and grapey fruit nose. Long, aromatic finish. Excellent as an aperitif but also superb with salad and white meats.
Chardonnay Casanova ‘Antano’, Chile £13.20: An outstanding wine. Zesty and mouth-filling with aroma of vanilla and peaches. Creamy white finish.
Rioja Viura, Carlos Serres, Spain £13.50: Unparalleled freshness and fruitiness, with a delicate nose of honey and lemon. In the mouth it proves light, fresh and silky.
Pinot Grigio Lenotti Estate, Italy £14.50: Pure and refreshing, this great Pinot Grigio offers crisp, mouthwatering flavours of citrus, apple and white pears.
Chardonnay, Wombat Hill, Australia £14.95: Straw green in colour, this fruit driven Chardonnay exhibits intense tropical fruit characters. Minimal oak contact has allowed the palate to show luscious, soft juicy flavours of pineapple and melons with a zesty citrus finish.

Shiraz/Cabernet, Le Grand Duc, VDP France £11.95: A fresh fruity wine using Shiraz and Cabernet at their best. Fantastic flavours of summer fruits. Cool–fermented to retain freshness and acidity. Quite delicious!

Grenache/Merlot, Le Grand Duc, Languedoc, France £11.95: A well balanced and bright, cherry red tinged wine with aromas of redcurrant, blackberry and raspberry. Elegant and fruity.
Cabernet Sauvignon Casanova ‘Antano’, Chile £13.20: Ruby red in colour, brilliant intensity with aromas of strong red fruit and forest herb notes. An unfiltered wine that is full of taste.
Rioja Tempranillo, Carlos Serres, Spain £12.95: This wine should be judged on its pure, honest, fruit–driven taste. It has an intensity that would shame many more expensive wines.
Ribera del Duero Tinto, Vega Privanza, Spain £14.50: The new kid on the block from Spain. Aged for 3 months in American and French oak barrels which helps to soften the tannin. It is also completely unfiltered to give a richer and fuller flavour to the wine.
Shiraz, Wombat Hill, Australia £14.95: Aromas of blackberry and spicy pepper. On the palate this wine is mouth filling and displays plum fruit over sweet spicy oak, which leads to a soft lingering finish.

Cava Chenine Brut, Gran Casteller, Spain £15.50: Thanks to its long ageing for a minimum period of 24 months, it reaches an extraordinary structure and a great bouquet.
